We are expanding our team and looking for reliable committed and caring, hands on individuals to join our team of Support Workers and health care assistance. As a Support Worker you will work with people who have varying degrees of learning disabilities and physical disabilities to promote independence and support them to live fulfilling life as possible, incorporating both therapy based activities and social based activities.
As a Support Worker you will be assisting them to live independent. The people we support are at the heart of all we do at Elite Care Plus. * Helping the people we support to also learn new skills. * Ensuring they are encouraged to carry out their personal hygiene and daily routine.
