It is mandatory for all care workers and support workers to undertake and complete our comprehensive Induction Programme before commencing any care duties. This involves commitment and participation in on-going set programmes. Ensuring vulnerable people within the community are protected and have equal opportunities regardless of their cultural needs and beliefs
